WP Cafe extension · WCFM Marketplace
WP Cafe runs one kitchen beautifully. WCFM runs a hundred vendors. This addon joins them -so each vendor manages their own menu, food settings, delivery locations and receipts from their own vendor dashboard, and nobody touches wp-admin.
Scoped to this store only. Delivery locations are defined by the marketplace admin.
Pulled via the WP Cafe Locations API.
The gap
WP Cafe's food engine assumed one restaurant owned every product. WCFM's dashboard had no idea food meta existed. Here's what changes.
/store-manager/ -never wp-adminReal fields, real scope
Food meta is written against the vendor, not the marketplace. The storefront card, the cart line, the checkout location picker and the printed receipt all carry the right store name without any manual wiring.
Slow-cooked shoulder, Kashmiri chilli, basmati.
One card, rendered from one vendor's product. The badge is the addon.
Orders & receipts
A Print Receipt icon appears on each row in the WCFM Orders list, and as a button inside the order. It renders the receipt layout the marketplace admin designed in WP Cafe. Vendors print; they can't redesign.
Pro Receipt printing requires WP Cafe Pro.

Setup
Activate the dependencies first. If anything is missing the addon raises an admin notice naming it, and stays inactive until it's resolved -no half-configured state.
WooCommerce → WP Cafe → WCFM Frontend Manager → WCFM Multivendor Marketplace → (WP Cafe Pro, optional) → this addon, last.
In WCFM Settings → Capability → Vendor Products, switch on Set food meta, Manage food discounts and Manage timed products. Anything you leave off stays hidden from vendors.
The vendor opens /store-manager/, finds Restaurant Settings in the sidebar, picks their delivery locations and menu template, and starts adding food.
Compatibility
The addon is a connector, not a replacement. It assumes a working WCFM marketplace and a working WP Cafe install, and adds the wiring between them. If you already run both, there is nothing new to learn.
WP Cafe Pro is optional. Without it you still get the per-vendor Restaurant Menu tab, Restaurant Settings, nutrition & allergen fields and per-vendor delivery locations at checkout. With it you add preparing/delivery time, per-vendor discounts, timed products and receipt printing.

No. This addon only adds functionality on top of an existing WCFM Marketplace store. It needs both WCFM - WooCommerce Frontend Manager and WCFM - WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace active, plus WooCommerce and WP Cafe. Miss one and the addon raises an admin notice naming it and stays inactive.
One of two reasons:
Manage food discounts and Manage timed products under WCFM Settings → Capability → Vendor Products. No, and that's deliberate. Receipts render using the layout the marketplace admin designs in WP Cafe. Vendors print with the existing layouts but can't create new ones, which keeps receipt branding consistent across the whole marketplace. A vendor can also only print orders belonging to their own store.
No. Delivery locations are marketplace-defined. The addon pulls the master list through the WP Cafe Locations API and each vendor selects from the options the admin permitted. At checkout, the customer then chooses from that vendor's enabled locations.
Show Vendor has to be switched on. Either enable it in the Elementor widget setting, or add wpc_show_vendor="yes" to the shortcode.
Note that admin-owned products intentionally omit the vendor name -only products that belong to a vendor store show the badge.
The addon is free and GPL, on WordPress.org. Several of the vendor-facing fields it exposes -preparing time, delivery time, per-vendor discounts, timed products and receipt printing -come from WP Cafe Pro, so you'll want Pro if those matter to your marketplace.
No. Everything happens in the WCFM Store Manager at /store-manager/ -the same frontend dashboard vendors already use for products and orders. The new Restaurant Settings item simply appears in that sidebar.
Free, GPL, and it installs in the order you'd expect. If you already run WP Cafe and WCFM, you're three steps away.
