We grant refund if

- If our support team unable to fix problem.
- The product purchased has stopped functioning or displaying that we described to its details, or broken after the installation.
We do not issue refund if
- If you found your host doesn’t meet the requirement of WordPress or denied to update the PHP, MySQL version.
- You decided to change your mind. So, for Eventin – WordPress event management plugin, you can check the free version, or you can check the “Pro” version on our Live demo on the website. As for WPCafe – WordPress restaurant & food ordering plugin, feel free to check the free version, or for more questions, knock us on our support and we’ll help.
- You decided not to use our product.
- You find that our product doesn’t suit your needs (our live demo site are very explanatory of our templates/theme)
- You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected or installed theme on your website.

- Refund will process as soon as possible. In some scenario, we will try to solve your issue.
- No refunds will be processed after 15 days post-purchase.
- By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease the use of the product immediately.
