Can I use my restaurant logo and brand images in my app?
Yes. We are providing a white-label app that can be set up to represent your food business. You need to fill up our form with your business details, branding details, and all relevant assets such as images, icons, logos, etc. After you provide all the valid information, we will configure the app with your credentials.
What information do I need to provide to set up the app?
You need to provide basic information about your business for the setup. All images, banners, logos, and other branding material need to be provided by you. We will use this information to set up your app.
Can I update any information after my app is set up?
After your app is set up, you can still update your branding details. However, you will not have the option to change the configuration details. Please check our terms and conditions for a detailed description of configuration and branding details.
Does WPCafe App provide multivendor support?
Currently, multivendor support is not available in the app. We may consider providing multivendor support in the future.
You can build a maximum of 5 apps per month per license.
How many days will it take to set up my app?
After you provide all the required information and resources by filling up our form, it will take 3 business days for us to set up your app. This duration is considered from the time you provide all the valid information which is checked and approved by our team. Please note that Friday and Saturday are weekends.
What do I need to publish my app on Google Play Store and Apple App Store?
You need a developer account for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
You need to signup and pay the registration fee details for both Google Play Store
and Apple App Store. If you require any third-party features related to your
developer account, then you need to make arrangements to get them.

How long will it take for my app to get published?
Once your app is ready, you need to submit it to Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store. The duration will depend on the time it takes for Play Store and App Store to publish it as per their policy.
What will happen if I fail to pay the monthly amount?
If you fail to pay, your app’s notification system will be disconnected and you will get no updates. However, your app content will not be removed and you can start using it normally again after you clear your payment.
We have a 14 days trial program during which you can use our app. If you are not satisfied, then you can request a refund. However, we do not entertain any refund beyond the trial period.
