Pro-only methods cannot be used on the free version.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reward&#8217;s integration is assigned automatically based on the selected redemption method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The reward slug is generated automatically from the reward name. If another reward already uses the same slug, Pointics appends a unique number. Deleted rewards keep their original slugs, so reusing the same name results in a new unique slug.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Editing a Reward<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only the fields you modify are updated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You cannot change the redemption method while customers still have active redemption holds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each reward slug must remain unique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>This reward has open redemptions; finalize or cancel them before changing its redeem method.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>That slug is already in use by another reward.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When a Customer Redeems a Reward<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only one redemption can be processed at a time for each customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer must have enough available points to redeem the reward.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Another redemption is already in progress.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Not enough points for this reward.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Editor Validation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Save Draft<\/strong> requires only a reward name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Publish<\/strong> requires a reward name and a complete redemption configuration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A reward is considered <strong>configured<\/strong> only when both the point cost and reward value are greater than zero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empty condition rows are ignored. If no conditions are configured, the reward is available without restrictions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limitations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Reward editor currently supports only <strong>fixed-value rewards<\/strong>. A points-to-currency ratio cannot be configured from the interface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum Order<\/strong> currently displays <em>None<\/em> and is not yet supported.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restricting rewards to a specific loyalty level is not currently available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Uses<\/strong> count shown on reward cards always displays <strong>0<\/strong>. Use the Analytics or Transactions screen for actual redemption data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Percentage Discount<\/strong>, <strong>Free Product<\/strong>, and <strong>Free Shipping<\/strong> require <strong>Pointics Pro<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inactive rewards serve as drafts. There is no separate draft status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupons generated by Pointics are hidden from the WooCommerce coupon list, and their labels are masked in the shopping cart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Problem<\/th><th>Solution<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><em>&#8220;Reward not found.&#8221;<\/em><\/td><td>The reward has been deleted or the link is outdated.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><em>&#8220;Field &#8216;name&#8217; is required.&#8221;<\/em><\/td><td>Enter a reward name before saving.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><em>&#8220;Unknown redeem_type&#8230;&#8221;<\/em><\/td><td>The selected redemption type is unavailable on your installation, usually because it requires Pointics Pro or a third-party integration.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><em>&#8220;Unknown redeem_method&#8230;&#8221;<\/em><\/td><td>The required integration is inactive.
